Community Reviews

This XPS 13.4 inch 3K touch laptop stands out for its premium feel, sharp display, and strong everyday performance, with the 16GB version described as a favorite computer and the deal price dropping further with My Best Buy Plus. Battery life is the main tradeoff, with a 52Wh pack that may not match the advertised endurance despite some reviewer claims of nearly 30 hours. The bigger issue is a repeated configuration mismatch, where orders and shipments often changed from 16GB to 8GB. A solid value if the correct spec arrives, but the order details need close checking.

  • My Best Buy Plus pricing reportedly added an extra $100 discount on top of an initial My Best Buy offer.

    MilhausMilhaus

  • A store manager reportedly enabled a price adjustment for the 16GB model after an order spec issue.

    Dragon38jisrael18

  • The 16GB configuration has been described as a favorite computer with strong overall performance despite battery life concerns.

    TealLaborer912

  • A 16GB configuration at an effective $599 price has been described as a great deal when the discount setup works.

    Icecolddeal

  • Orders reportedly shipped or updated to the 8GB RAM configuration even when 16GB was shown in confirmations.

    incrementMilhausSoupcxannovasian

  • Battery performance has been questioned based on the stated 52Wh battery capacity and real-world expectations.

    SeriousActivity390TealLaborer912

  • Best Buy support reportedly attributed the configuration mismatch to customer error and changed order history/product description to show 8GB.

    smx3

  • Storage expansion is not available, which limits upgrade options after purchase.

16GB or 8GB ram? Photo shows 8, title says 16.

The prices of the 8gb ram and 16gb are inverted. Doubtful this ships, but it would be a $200 discount for the 16gb version if it does. Solid deal.

I purchased one, but I'm expecting either the order will get canceled, or they'll ship the 8gb version. We'll see 🤞

Got the 16gb one for the wifey and it's her favorite computer she's ever had. The battery life could be a little better but isnt a detractor from pretty much everything else about it being top notch.

Ordered, added My Best Buy something or other for about $30 which then gave an additional $100 off. I was unable to qualify for credit card because I am a poor but still great deal if it works. Thanks OP!
