Aldi had something like this a couple months ago. Pretty similar specs. It's pretty damn heavy, I dunno how this would clip to my pants without tugging them down. But I also have a flat azz.

This would be uncomfortable to wear around your neck probably, but given the battery size, this will easily last all day. Most neck fans last like 2-4 hours tops.

To save time to others:
1) The coupon works only with Army Green Mini model (I tried on all of them)
2) While the price went up by $1 from $15.99 to $16.99 the coupon now subtracts $8.50 making effective price $8.50

However - there are other larger sizes with more functionality (this one can NOT be used as a power bank for example). Small version is $10.97 (6000mah + Charging). Medium and large with 10000 mah and other functionalities (Large being $14.98 for Orange color).

So the price with coupon seems to be barely in line (or worse) with other fans (even in the same listing).

How do you maximize the usage of this. I would think maybe if you were working and need a fan to stay cool you would use this but running I doubt this is comfortable. I barely want my phone in my pocket when I run.

Just throwing this out there, 3d print an adapter, and you have a welding hood rebreather. For $8 vs much more, I'd call that solid

i can't recall if i got mine from the thrift store or yard sale but I love mine. I built my car port on a 90 degree day with a good sun hat on and it mitigated the heat. It's pretty amazing. I do wish mine had a flashlight and could be a power bank.. so i would get one with those features if buying one.

Something like this saved me in Florida this past week. I had it clipped to my waistband on one side and my shirt on the other side and just had it blowing full blast up through my chest and neck and cooled me down considerably. My wife used a neck fan and it did not have nearly the same effect as this blower motor.
