Yes, all time low looks like it was $1420 without it being a lucky in-store clearance deal. $1600 sale is a green light, and the extra $70 off and a soundbar is just icing.

77" G5 seems to be extinct on LG Partner Store, so I'd buy sooner than later if you don't want to be waiting until Black Friday or the Superbowl for C6H/G6 prices to go low.

Everybody must've bought up all the G5s because it was the best bang-for-buck of the current lineup

Cheaper than the C6H but still a better TV, and way cheaper than the G6 while still trading blows with it

For those that do not know, LG monitors on PC are getting fed adware without giving you an option to opt out. They also have a history of selling your data on LG TVs, including this one, where they literally are taking a snapshot of what you are doing every few minutes, on each HDMI port! There is even a lawsuit from Texas AG against LG about this. I am done with LG. There is a reason the LG OLEDs go on sale for so low after a few months. LG is selling your data to data brokers. Just an FYI. Link to what is happening with LG Monitors and TVs for those interested - "DO NOT BUY: LG's Spyware TVs, Monitors, and Wiretapping Concerns" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9uefFYe6bM

LG is out for sure. If you hate FLOCK cameras then this is a no brainer.

"You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to obtain all necessary consents from any third parties whose voices may be captured by the Product and to notify household members and guests that their voices may be captured and processed, in compliance with applicable wiretapping, eavesdropping, and privacy laws. If anyone does not consent, you should disable the microphone or voice features in the settings. LGE disclaims any liability for your failure to obtain such consent or provide such notification."

This means you have to inform all people that come to your house that they are being recorded or they can sue you. That's a no dawg.

This video says that LG TVs 3 years old have been automatically turning these spyware features on. It's not even about buying a new LG TV.

LG is out 100% for me.

I signed up with my work email to get an account. If you have access to any non-public email addresses, or a spouses that may qualify, try using it.

I went ahead and bit on this one. It's the best bang for buck out there. Just keep this off the internet and use an Apple TV to address privacy concerns.

Can anyone help me by providing how to register on the LG Partner Store using my Hulu account email address? I found a link on Google, but it's not working.

Not in a single party state. No need. Just record them yourself.
