The Klein is the electricians choice. Owned many of these. Replacement handle insulation available. I had the high voltage insulation pair as well, maybe a d2000 9ne? I may order a hart one. The screw cutter and stripper is nice. Klein incorporates some of those features in some models plus an area to pull metal fish tapes. I had a knipex pair I really liked in 8 inch also. The Klein is 9 inches vs 8 for the Vietnam mfg hart. I assume it's Nam, some or their other tools I view in store occasionally are made there.
