35L is big. 20L is about right for a commuter bag.
IMO Osprey is KING, but this bag is rated very highly at a lot of places.
FWIW, This is Cleverhiker's top pick ("Best Travel Backpack Overall") even above Osprey among 11 entries:

I still prefer Osprey bags (and in this case the equivalent Farpoint 40L bag) because their strap and mesh backing system is second-to-none. I value ventilation and this bag doesn't seem to have the same kind of emphasis on that feature.
