Shipped & Sold by Amazon gave me a new unopened new box. Buying 3rd party shipped by Amazon got me an opened box used product sold as new. It was noticeable. Ended up returning that one.
Connecting to a modern WPA2/WPA3 wifi network didn't work. Ubiquiti in my case. I had to downgrade my IoT wifi to WPA2 only and disable a few settings to get these to connect.
