Hmmm they shouldve made this with a notification to our smart phones. Ring has one but I wait till it goes on sale also. But you need a Ring Hub.

While these are probably fine, YoLink makes leak detectors that are awesome, crazy range and battery life (4 years and going here). Their app is really slick too and it plays well with stuff like Home assistant to do stuff like turn your water off if you do spring a leak.

I have the YoLink. Loved it until I had to change the battery. The sensor is impossible to take apart. The rubber seals had to be shredded to be removed, and the little screws are set so deep, they got stripped before I made any movement. Once the batteries die for all the sensors, I'm changing it out to something else.
