Bought this on the last deal. I run about 30-40 miles a week and this thing is a gimmick. Save your money. You're better off stretching/foam rolling and using a percussion gun

I agree. I used this about 20 times and it was more bother than any noticeable results. Now trying to sell it. Stretching, roller massage, TB12 post-exercise routine in much better than choking the blood supply with these balloons.

Nothing better than foam rolling with a Rumble Roller and unlike these gimmicks a roller will never break. The basic high density foam roller I have is 13 years old and has no signs of deformation.

I have the Costco version and it is not worth the $100 I paid for it. It helps a little, but not enough for the efforts needed to setup and run.

Have you used a real Normatec set? I swear by them but didn't want to pay full $700 on open box. Your comment made me settle on saving for Normatec

My wife has sciatia and her leg will cramp up (calve area/behind knee) from driving in Traffic (miami long traffic) - is this thing worth it or what do you recommend, the Rumble Roller?

Foam rolling could help provide a temporary analgesic effect but Neural Flossing would be better. Look up Sciatica Nerve Glides. It's a movement exercise that helps loosen up sciatica nerve adhesions.
