I fear there might be too much obsession over power supply quality and quantity. That said, if I get dual 6000 Pros, maybe a 1500w supply is necessary.

1500w isn't enough for 2 rtx pro 6000 cards unless you're running them with a 9600x (which wouldn't make sense)

Nah, 1500 - 1600w works, especially if you cap the power usage somewhat. Almost all the performance for a lot less power. Almost always worth the tradeoff. But I'm running dgx spark.
