I got the older Chefman when Walmart had it for $50 and love it. The previous poster is right, you do have to turn the pizza often, but it cooks in about 4 minutes at 750 top, and 650 bottom to not burn the crust too much.
At $200 I would probably pick another pizza oven though, been debating on whether to spend more and get a Onni propane, but will probably wait until this stops working. Have probably cooked over 50 pizzas so far, and still going strong. It does tend to need warm up time if doing more than 3 pizzas, it does 2 fine, but then loses temp on the 3rd and needs another 5 minutes to get back up to temp

Need to keep opening and rotating the pizza too often
