Is this a good build for a non-gamer? Just looking for a decent browsing/office/homework computer to replace a 2013 build that's still chugging along but not good enough to upgrade to windows 11.

You don't really need a $1000 rig for your use case. Id reckon a $500 computer would suffice.

Any recommendations? Looking for something for the next decade. I was going to build my own, but prices are quite high that there's often not much of a benefit.
