Anyone have experience with Aliexpress and fakes or are they good with being the real name brands?

No issues. I have gotten a lot of Eco Worthy and Renogy solar things from AliExpress.

I got this exact panel the last time it was on sale. I'm happy with it and works pretty well. Great for charging phones due to the USB output built in.

I bought one at the last sale. I can't tell if it's fake or not. I'm still testing it but only seem to get about 50 watts.

I had good luck with this panel, as well as a Jackery charger + panel set -- all from AliExpress. My Renogy box came a little beat up, but the panel was still in new condition. I get about 130-160 watts from this panel, and just a bit better from my Jackery panel.

Ordered a similar eco-worthy panel from AE about a month ago. Ad claimed it was sold directly by eco-worthy and certified original. What arrived had totally different measured specifications (both measured with multi-meter and listed in user manual) than what was advertised on eco-worthy and AE website. No model number anywhere but looked identical. Good luck buying anything from these Chinese shopping sites and actually getting what you expected. Prices are low for a reason as they will often substitute the cheapest product they can find or build that looks like the original but doesn't perform like the ones ordered from Amazon or directly from manufacturer. Really deceptive when you base your buying decision on reviews from Amazon and end up receiving something different. Not saying that is necessarily the case here, but buyer beware. At least AE has decent return policy so I was able to get my money back. No refund of the time wasted dealing with a panel not compatible with my solar station due to OCV much higher than official specs.

I've had good luck on the few things that I have bought from AE that were shipped from the USA (3 things arrived in 2 days) and marked "Brand+ certified original". Do you know what the details were on your bad product? I worry about getting fake products, but so far I've been lucky. They do have a reasonable return policy (but not as easy as Amazon).

This is the front page price every time the deal comes up. I like suitcase style ones but they're about 50% more in cost for probably 20% better charging.

I bought this a couple months ago. I measured 191W on a bright sunny day, second place of 5 panels I tested that day. The one disappointment was that it advertised 65W USB-C but the label on the panels and my PD meter thing both said that it maxed out at 45W.

I noticed you have to do it on the product page, and not the checkout page. On the product page there is a coupon button.

I've gotten this same panel from AliExpress and it's been working great for me. Got pretty much to 200W on a very sunny day in Colorado, and around 140W on a sunny but very dusty camping trip last week. I pair it with the UDPower battery I got from another deal. If this is your first solar panel make sure to check if your power station needs an adapter cable; I didn't realize that would be the case for mine and had to wait another couple days for that to come in before I could test it.

same, most I've gotten is 88 during full sun. Foldable panels are trash and this one especially so.
