Never went through with it. City required a ten year old to get a small business license, a packaged food reseller license, and her lemonade push cart inspected. Would have cost me like $2k. So, no good life experience for her about working hard and running a business, but a good life experience on government bureaucracy.
My dad and I had issues with local Fareways with their deal with Arizona teas. Fareway had a deal for 23oz cans, but on the shelves, they only had 22oz cans. The manager said the price was for 23oz cans, not the 22oz cans.
After some research, Arizona dropped the 23oz can when they changed the tops of the cans, and this caused the cans to go to 22oz.
At least with Fareway, they did not know that Arizona dropped from 23oz to 22oz.

I have not checked Walgreens yet on this, or if Walgreens has the issue.
As for the Fareway part, it was the Sergeant Bluff Fareway store. We finally got it all fixed by calling Fareway's corporate number because they did not know Arizona went from 23oz to 22oz. Found out from a district manager who called us back that some Fareway stores still had the old 23oz cans and even the 22oz cans in their computer system. So some stores reuse old signs. So when some Fareways did their Arizona tea deals, the store managers or employees only updated the 23oz can prices for the deal since the old signs say 23oz, but not the 22oz. The 22oz cans and 23oz cans have different UPCs.
On a side note, I did some research. Walgreens' site talks about these cans being 23oz, but the UPC on the site is for 22oz cans.
I made some calls today to Walgreens 1-800 number and Walgreens stores. I did not want to post anything till I found out more. Found out that Walgreens did not know about the downsizing of the cans either, but they knew the tops were changed. They thought the changing of the tops was the only thing that caused the different UPC. It does sound like the stores that I contacted had the prices correct on the shelves.
