As long as the seller has good feedback, you should be fine. AliExpress is trying to be like Amazon so they'll refund your money if seller cheats u. Shipping may take 1 month if item not in USA

Eh, the UL certification isn't usually under the brand's name. They typically use a mass produced relabeled battery. Here's links to their UL certifications.

That parts true. But just remember, if you have issues with the bike and need to return it. They'll expect you facilitate the shipping yourself. It'll be your job to box it, find a shipping service, pay for the shipping. And then once they receive it back, and it passes an inspection. They'll supposedly refund your shipping that you paid...

If you weigh 60 pounds it might be true, but for a 200+ pound man that is absolutely correct. I have a similar bike from Ali and it def doesn't go like it claims

48v has become the new entry level architecture. 20ah though is really going to limit range on this one. It's also a hard tail (no rear suspension) - grab a seat shock and it should be trail rideable.
