After waiting 45 min with no word, I signed up for the email/text alerts under a different Gmail addy.
Then I finally got the emailed $10 off coupon under the original email addy 15 min later (1 hour total wait time) and nothing ever came on the (unrelated to my account) 2nd Gmail addy.

Also tried the other link on the product page with two different email addresses throughout the day, but neither worked.
Tried this again using your link with an email address (that didn't work yesterday with the product page link), and the $15 coupon came right away.
