The Ninja Crispi Pro is a glass air fryer that stands out for easy cleanup, precise temperature control, and a clean look on the counter. The removable glass container can go in the dishwasher, and the food comes out moist when time and temperature are adjusted well. It also handles multiple modes and can work for dehydration, though the larger 6 quart setup needs tray swapping and is not ideal for that job. It is heavy, the 4 in 1 lacks the 6 in 1's extra settings and light, and the price feels high compared with cheaper non pro or store alternatives.

  • The air fryer uses a removable glass cooking container that is easy to clean in the dishwasher.

  • The unit offers presets and also allows precise temperature setting for more controlled cooking results.

  • The larger 6-qt capacity can support dehydration efforts, even though it requires tray rotation.

  • The container design slides in and seals along the top rim to help retain heat during cooking.

  • The Crispi form factor lacks a built-in light that the 6-in-1 version includes.

  • The Crispi pieces wrap around the handle and can make cleaning and drying between uses more difficult.

  • Dehydrating can be challenging because the top tray gets most of the airflow and needs tray switching every two hours.

  • The Crispi setup can be heavy and only borderline portable when moving it off a space-challenged counter.

So, I have the 6in1 and am not 100% satisfied with it. Here is how this one is 'better'. This one has precise temperature control. 6in1 only has range of temperature 6in1 has a top that needs to rest on the counter. This can be dangerous and needs more space around the machine for the top to be restedThe pro has a light. 6in1 comes with more containers That being said, personally, I'm going for the Cusinart which seems to have everything that the Ninja Pro has at a lower price but only has one size container https://a.co/d/0iLN0R3Q
Interesting! Better half complains about having to assemble and dissemble the Crispi pieces for each use and that the Crispi's wrapped around handle makes it kinda difficult to clean/dry in between the bottom of glass containers. We mainly use the 4 qt container anyway so the Cuisinart fryer may be more suitable. Thanks for the link! I read it was on sale on Prime Day. Perhaps wait till Black Friday???

I am not familiar with this item. Not to troll, but can some one explain why it is a deal?
It's cooks in a removable glass container. It's super easy to clean, throw it in the dishwasher. It has presets or you can set the temp precisely. It looks clean on the counter.

No PFAs. Well, maybe a little bit in the grate.

Have not looked. But I purchased this model the last time. I use all the modes. One way to compensate for the larger size ( that I did want for dehydration) is to buy silicone feet for the trays. Available from multiple 'Big River' sellers. That'll raise the platform and gets you 'the crisp' you want.

I also don't use the ceramic trays and purchased some stainless trays off of the same site.

It's a fantastic air fryer. What else? It does not have the light that the 6 in 1 has. I'm not sure what else it's missing. Whatever that may be....I certainly do not care. It is heavy and while I move it off my counter ( space challenged) when done for me it's right on the line of not being portable. It does take about 25% longer to cook food vs. my previous plastic air fryer. Clean ups have been easy. Made wings, chicken, turkey breast, cube steak, etc. All come out moist (if you know how to adjust temp, choose the right time, etc). Dehydrating is more of a challenge since the top tray gets most of the love. Have to switch trays every 2 hours to do it right. But it's not an ideal dehydrator. Too small although I can almost do an entire pineapple in the 6 quart with three trays.

I do buy items like this with the extended warranty. I believe this is the version Ninja sells in the UK. Functions fine on our electric here so no worries. Some claim since this is sold at Walmart, it's lesser hardware quality. I personally believe... at least with this model, those people are full of s.... .

Maybe??????
