I also don't use the ceramic trays and purchased some stainless trays off of the same site.
It's a fantastic air fryer. What else? It does not have the light that the 6 in 1 has. I'm not sure what else it's missing. Whatever that may be....I certainly do not care. It is heavy and while I move it off my counter ( space challenged) when done for me it's right on the line of not being portable. It does take about 25% longer to cook food vs. my previous plastic air fryer. Clean ups have been easy. Made wings, chicken, turkey breast, cube steak, etc. All come out moist (if you know how to adjust temp, choose the right time, etc). Dehydrating is more of a challenge since the top tray gets most of the love. Have to switch trays every 2 hours to do it right. But it's not an ideal dehydrator. Too small although I can almost do an entire pineapple in the 6 quart with three trays.
I do buy items like this with the extended warranty. I believe this is the version Ninja sells in the UK. Functions fine on our electric here so no worries. Some claim since this is sold at Walmart, it's lesser hardware quality. I personally believe... at least with this model, those people are full of s.... .

its all one freaking thing: A heater with a fan in a container, how can you complicate that? The next is putting WIFI to it so you can have a $9.99 subscription in your phone so you can have an APP for your damn Air Fryer
