DJI is very well known,.. but for drones, not solar gens. They are a newcomer in solar gen market. Right around 2 1/2 years to be precise & they really dropped the ball when designing this when they decided to limit it's solar charging to 200 watts. At that rate, if your panels averaged 150 watts, and you got 5 hours of uninterrupted sun per day, it will take 3 full days to charge from 0% to full. Anyone interested in charging with solar should skip this unit. Safe to say this unit is one of, if not the absolute worst solar capable power stations on the entire market, especially for this large of a unit. 200 watts of solar on a 2kWh battery is pretty pathetic. Lastly, this price breaks down to 35 cents per Watt hour. Good, but not great. The better deals I've seen on SD are in the 25 cent and even lower range. The best deal I've seen to date I believe was 19 cents per Wh for an Oupes Exodus 2400. It's been as low as $420 for 2.2kWh. It also has 400% more solar input than this DJI. Lastly, I can't find out anything about how long the warrantee is on this unit. It's not listed anywhere, even when I asked Alexa, when most other competitors typically have at least 4 years, some a little longer. The $420 Oupes has a 6 year warrantee.

Why would you think that? It definetily doesn't say that. I know because I looked everywhere. So I asked Alexa. Even when I asked Alexa, it said "The product page for the DJI Power 2000 100W Foldable Solar Panel Combo doesn't explicitly list the maximum solar input wattage specification.
However, based on what's included:

Even if it did support 1800w of solar, the price per Wh for this unit is not great, and it looks like the price went up so the price per Wh is even worse than it was.

The reviews say that you need their adapters to connect (additional?) solar panels. Seems like you can do 800w per adapter and there is capacity for two of them.

Don't forget the part where you need to pay an additional $300+ on top of $1000 to buy the "DJI" branded proprietary optional fast charger. (which is another additional component you have to carry around with it, that can be lost) And now all of a sudden you got over $1300 into it, when you can get much much better for hundreds of dollars less from other companies. Just one example would be the Pecron F3000LFP. It has a 600 watt larger inverter, 1000Wh more capacity (50% more) and has a built in 1600 watt solar charge controller so you don't need to buy a proprietary add-on "super fast charger" for an additional $300, all for $900 (at the moment but they go on sale). I got mine for $750 when it was on sale. Pecron unlike DJI is a company that focuses on solar gens, not drones. They've also been making solar gens as long as Jackery. No matter how you slice it, this DJI isn't a good deal or a well designed product.

The solar charging is so bad, they don't even mention any solar charging specs on the official product page from DJI about solar. Almost like they are hiding it from you. 1k USD for only 2kWh stored. Not good deal. 899 Gets you a Pecron F3000LFP stores 3kWh. 100 watt panel on 2kwh almost useless.
I got my Pecron F3000LFP for $759 here on SD back when it was on sale. It's better in every aspect over this. I also bought an Oupes 2400 with 2.2kWh of capacity for just $420 back when it was on sale. Methinks DJI should stick to what they are good at. They make very good drones. In their defense, they've only been making power stations for 2 years.
