This 3 pack of 32GB PNY Class 10 microSD cards stands out for older gear that tops out at 32GB, including audio recorders, trail cameras, retro consoles, Raspberry Pi projects, Wyze cameras, and some 3D printers. The V10 and A1 ratings fit low bandwidth recording and basic storage needs, and the smaller capacity can avoid compatibility issues with FAT32 and older devices. The main concerns are reliability and authenticity, with reports of dead cards, counterfeit units, and failures after months of use. Packaging is also described as plain generic bags, so it feels like a practical but cautious fit for legacy devices.

  • These 32GB microSD cards can fit devices that cap storage at 32GB, including older audio recorders.

  • These cards can work for Raspberry Pi Zero 2W setups and similar small devices.

  • These cards can be suitable for trail cameras that are limited to 32GB memory cards.

  • These cards can be used as replacements in 3D printers when original microSD cards start failing.

  • Some purchases reportedly arrive as fake or counterfeit PNY cards from Amazon third-party sellers.

  • Some cards reportedly fail to be read by a Fire HD tablet and a Windows PC, with the cards appearing not present.

  • Some cards reportedly show a high failure rate after months in Wyze cameras and dash cams.

  • Some devices reportedly produce errors when using these cards in a Bambu printer.

V10 would be 10mb/s Which is still more than enough for my Tascam DR-10X recorders which have a max 32gb supported capacity.
A V10 isn't getting 10 MB/s, that's the bs theoretical, and again the 32 GB isn't what my comment was about, or about your recorder. Maybe stop replying to me, thanks.

A V10 microSD card has a guaranteed minimum sustained write speed of 10 MB/s (megabytes per second). DR-10X needs less than 1/10th of that capacity.

I own and have sold every brand of flash card, with exception of the alphabet soup knock offs. There's not a single one, of the 30 some I have here that will meet the "guaranteed minimum" for every write. You defend your purchase all you like, these are garbage. No one is talking about capacity, and there are plenty of better rated 32 GB cards for the same or less.

The recorder I am using supports UP TO 32gb. Capacity has been discussed here already, you're a flash card sales expert so you should understand the difference between SDHC and SDXC.

The sequential write speed IS guaranteed to be 10mb/s. It sounds like your cards are writing to fragmented file systems or writing lots of small files if you are being faced with slow down so reliably.

I am well under the 10 mb/s when recording an audio track to the V10 cards I have.

Let's be real, there's plenty of people who sell things they don't fully understand. You're an example of a memory card salesman who's obviously confused when the faster speeds are unnecessary for a task. Even, when I present you with a valid example of a real world use case, you're still seeking to argue about it to defend a position that these particular cards have no use case and should be avoided by all.

If my Tascam DR-10X and DR-10L would have needed faster cards than V10, I'd have discovered it within the last decade. Instead I've had 10 years of reliable recording on to C10 and V10 cards like these without any issues.

Summary: Some devices require SDHC (Max 32GB capacity). Some tasks do not require ultra fast write speed. Audio recorders are a common use case for V10 class micro SD cards.

Best of luck to you in your career/hobby as a memory card salesman. Let me know if you have any other questions I can help you to more fully understand. Would you like to discuss the A1 rating next?

The cards in this listing show they are A1 rated which guarantees a minimum random read of 1,500 IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second) and a random write of 500 IOPS.

Again, no one cares about your recorder, and capacity isn't what I commented about originally, or in the replies. The V10 A1 isn't guaranteed, you're just another consumer that believes the sales pitch. Like fuel economy, the ratings are in ideal conditions. The low end standard has been V30 A1 for decades now, even on 32 GB. This product is trash at this price. Keep replying though, it's amusing at this point.

V10 and A1 are both defined standards with minimum performance guarantees.

I have a bridge to sell you, millennial consumer. CE/EE background, almost 40 years in board level repair, and a retired hardware industry analyst. I've tested these damn things for 20 years, that's nothing more than the sales pitch. You audiophiles don't even need a C2 card, so it's not like anyone cares whether this meets your needs. The bottom line is this is a bad deal for a 3 pack of V10 A1 binned junk. I pulled inventory and the last PNY 3 pack of 32 GB I bought were V30 A1, and under $10 in December.

Use case matters. V10 is perfect for audio recording. Your board level repair background isn't needed to know this. I'm only replying to you at this point because you mentioned how it amuses you and you might be completely invisible to everyone else in your life, but I see you. I'm here for you.

When you develop a time machine to buy more items from last December I'll want to be on your good side.

Your feinted care shtick ignored, keep pretending everyone else has mediocre tech needs like audiophiles. Again you don't even need C2 cards. You're replying to harass, nothing more or less. This is a lousy deal now, not just last December.

It should 128Gb at this price, but we are in supplier suppressed world with AI. As long as people will buy it at this price, they will sell at it. K shape economy.

What is with the arguing over 2020 tech.

I bought some of these for a Fire HD tablet to be able to store a few extra videos. 3 of 3 were bad. The tablet would not read them, not would a Windows PC. Just acted like they were not even there.
