Reposting my impressions from the expired thread on this deal.

I received mine for $75. It is not a 50 pint unit. Label says so but that is under extreme heat/humidity. I have a 20 pint GE and this seems about the same or a little worse. So, the real number is more like 15-20 pints. Probably OK for $75 but you are not getting some kind of steal. It's not a 50 pint unit. Not sure it's a deal at $100, compare to other realistic 20 pint units.

On the plus side the bucket is big so doesn't need as much emptying. Bucket's in back, not as good.

If you are using it in your living space you can hear the water drip into bucket. Could be annoying if placed in same room as you.

I find the humidity sensor to be less accurate than my GE but probably not a big issue.

There is a $50 off coupon you can clip on top, so it ends up as -$175 for a 74.99 sub total

Got this last week, testing it out and doesn't do a whole lot. Overall doesn't want to go below 55% humidity. Our parents Hvac system can set the humidity to a low of 40%. 50% should be a normal level and 45% should still be an option. Put in a return on this unit. Humidity sensor seemed off by 3-5%.

A good price for this would be $50-$60. JMO.

purchased a few weeks ago after the compressor on my 80 pint died. This much smaller, after testing it a bit I do not believe it has the capacity it claims. I am disappointed in it.

Bought this unit during the last deal. The stated bucket size is 8L which really comes out to about 17 pints. My other dehumidifier has a smaller footprint and has a 22 pint bucket capacity.

The bucket is removed from the back and when full is difficult to pull out and there is no cover so you'll need to be careful not to spill during the process. I also noticed the humidity sensor never goes below 55% despite me setting it to dehumidify down to 45%.

The continuous drain hose is laughable... it only works if you have a floor drain. Anything else and it's useless.

I'm glad I only paid $75 for it but honestly don't think it's worth it if you are looking for a true large capacity unit.
