Good catch, thanks.
Always fun when an item that should be outright rejected, if a careful buyer is paying close attention, makes it to the front page of Slickdeals.

This is a small USB rechargeable desk fan that works best for close-up cooling, desk airflow, or a quiet breeze. It has been described as surprisingly powerful for its size, with USB C charging, multiple speed settings, and a foldable design that can run while plugged in. The main drawbacks are the small 5 inch size, which limits airflow and battery life, and the noticeable buzz that made it too noisy for a quiet office. The listing also looks questionable because the reviews appear mismatched and there are no verified purchase reviews.
The fan can be surprisingly powerful for its small size when used to push AC air into another room.
The fan can charge via a USB-C charging port and may reach a full charge in about 30 minutes.
The fan can work well for close-up personal use with multiple speed settings.
The fan can be useful for protecting an external computer hard drive during summer by running from a desktop USB port.
The listing may be mismatched because reviews appear to be Vine reviews for a different handheld fan with no verified purchase reviews.
The fan can produce a noticeable buzz or sound that some people do not like.
The fan can be too noisy for a quiet office environment, which can lead to returning it.
The 5-inch size may only suit a calm, quiet breeze or white noise rather than larger airflow needs like a treadmill or bike.

This is 5" which is small. It's fine for a calm quiet breeze or white noise. Idk why the listing buries that size.
It's not adequate for say placing on your pelton bike or treadmill. You need a 6" size or bigger.
The battery life will always be poor with the small size unless you have on very low setting. If cordless is important pay more for a battery 10k ma or so
