I am going back and forth on this TV and the TCL qm8L/qm8k ...all my research says the TCL is better performing all around and can catch the tcl on sale for as low as 2199. I am assuming this coming black Friday should have the TCL for under 1999.99 so I keep holding off. Only bonus about this deal is the sound bar and 2" bigger then the TCL..

I'm on the same boat, though the qm8k doesn't seem to want to go back on sale. There seems to be nothing at far as brightness on this unit or anything, so I have to go with what's known and wait on the TCL. Too bad, killer deal if this unit was close to the qm8k.

Getting closer, but not quite to slick yet.

Soundbar value is about $400 second hand, and they are bundling it because they have too many and it's trash.

The TCL 98" Mini LED is the competition. Black Friday is going to be awesome this year on these TV's because they'll need a home. TCL at $1700-1900 would be amazing, and the LG coming down to about $1900-2200 would also be amazing, they can keep their sound bars.

I looked at them in Best Buy and Costco. Both have great picture quality, I think LG better than TCL. LG was darn close to the OLED, only thing OLED did better was pure black, no question.
