I bought it recently and it is okay. Retraction works but not much. At this price, not a great deal but cheaper than other alternatives.

FYI most of these retractable "packages" have small hoses with thin walls. This allows for smaller overall construction (smaller hose), it's lighter and also cheaper. You should expect cheaper hose to behave like cheaper hose would - lower flow due to smaller ID, prone to kinking, difficult to replace just the hose should it fail, etc.

How to install this on stucco? I can't even install a wall clock on stucco, not sure this thing would stay in place without ripping off stucco while pulling the hose!!

Even I have used stucco anchors
