I've had 3 huepar Box 1G's. Generally great bang for the buck, although one of mine did not survive a minor drop, and the second one the leveling joint apparently did not survive being left out in sub zero temps-- i'm surmising the grease was not rated for that kind of cold, and it would always get hung up out of level after that.

The reviews on this one seem pretty dismal, but I've been considering this other pro model, which is somewhat on sale:

I have a Huepar that's another model. My first laser leveler with auto leveling. It's not very good. The auto leveling gives you very small margins of error like 3-5 degrees and then it won't auto level. The tripod is a joke. It's never tall enough for anything practical like bathroom fixtures, mini split, high tv wall mounting, wall cabinets, curtains rods, birthday banners, and I can go on. I always have to find a table, multiple chairs, or kindergarten setup because you have to open the wide tripod to have it sit stable with crappy angle requirements for auto leveling. I am shopping for 360 now.

I have this. The laser level works great, the tripod is dinky as expected for price. If you have another tripod laying around, then no problem

3 to 5 degrees is not small. I'm usually trying to use that much to get my lawn to drain

It is Not Worth your Time or Money with This Piece of Junk !😝 Get a Proper Laser Leveller System Once & For All, which has a Firm & Steady Tripod & A Receiver, So that you can Use it Inside & Outside the House and in Any Light. Most of These Cheap Ones are Very Finicky & Do not work in Bright Light & have far too many Quirks.

Good enough for leveling my floor, only regret was I should have just got a 360 degree model if they're out there. But this gets the job done.

Brother if you're using a laser level for a birthday banner, then clearly you are so meticulous that a cheap laser level isn't going to work out for you.
