Your pricing structure appears to include the 10% S&S for you having 5+ items in your monthly order.
Your title is missing pricing completely. That is a requirement for posting a deal.
So the real price is $86.87 pretax with the standard 5% S&S discount. That is how the deal should be posted, so as not to overpromise the 10% off for S&S. Then you list the $40 Amazon credit part. You can also get called out as misleading for not stating the 5% off price since it requires 5+ items in the monthly to obtain the extra 5%. It's happened to me, and I understand why.

This is a great deal but now I need to spend that $20.
Edit: the credit is NO LONGER a credit, but a CHANCE to get the $20. Everyone should take a screen shot of the promos. This looks like another one of Amazon's pet food promo needing a call-back unfortunately.
Edit: I'm chatting with CSR now instead of waiting for a screencap.
Edit: CSR was helpful and gave me credit back to my original payment method.
