Eligibility AE Jeans for Life (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and DC) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required.
Timing Sweepstakes begins at the applicable store opening time on August 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends at store closing time on August 8, 2026 at 9:00p.m. ET
Prizes
There are two types of prizes:
Grand Prize (awarded by random drawing)
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a ten thousand dollar ($10,000) American Eagle Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $10,000. Gift card is redeemable only toward merchandise purchases online, in store, or by telephone at all American Eagle or Aerie stores. Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions stated on the card.
Instant Win Prizes
Four hundred (400) Instant Win prizes will be awarded; fifty (50) per day. The Instant Win Prize is a free pair of American Eagle Jeans valued up to $69.99. Each Instant Prize Winner will be emailed a bar code that will entitle them to a free pair of America Eagle Jeans up to $69,99. Each Instant Win Prize must be redeemed the day it is awarded. If it is not redeemed the day it is awarded it becomes worthless. The ARV of each Instant Win Prize is $69.99.
