Price is mediocre. I found calpak luggage at Marshalls/TJ maxx for a comparable price individually (i.e. you can buy these two for ~$150, but don't have to get it as a set). Seems like the value is in the extras, but personally, I'd rather have no extras and a lower price.

Luggage quality overall is not what it used to be, cost cutting everywhere. I'm not even sure if the much higher priced ones a at stores like Macy's or Bloomingdales are any better.

Bought this for $149.99 in store. Quality felt pretty good but haven't used them for travel yet. Nice that it's backed by Costco return policy, but have heard these aren't as good as they used to be.
