This Subway B1G1 footlong coupon is an app based Sub Club offer that can bring two footlongs to about $10, or roughly $5 each, through 8, 8. It is framed as a decent value for Subway, especially when coupons are the only time the chain feels worth visiting. The main catch is that availability can be platform and item dependent, and some locations have raised prices or do not show the offer at all. Quality concerns also come up, including smaller portions, thin fillings, and occasional food safety complaints.
Common Questions (5)
No, quality and portion size can vary by franchise. Some locations serve large portions, while others are described as having very little meat and bread that is mostly air.
The offer appears in the Subway app under Sub Club and may not show on the website. Downloading the app can make it appear when the web version does not.
The deal effectively comes out to about $10 for two footlong subs, or roughly $5 each. That makes it a coupon-only value play rather than a no-coupon everyday price.
Yes, the coupon is listed as online/app only and expires 8/8 in the app. It is not shown as an in-store paper offer.
The coupon reportedly does not work when adding two teriyaki subs. It may be restricted to qualifying footlongs rather than every sandwich on the menu.

I get what you are saying though. It was nice when you could afford to eat there without a coupon. The only time we'll go now is with a coupon of some sort.
