I have been grabbing the Grubhubs and saving the codes but have not used them or put them into Grubhub. Is this fine or no? The "redeem by" language is confusing and usually for gift cards (except for the amazon books) it just means redeem from Amazon. Just want to see if the Grubhub are the same because the other gift cards usually look like traditional gift cards and have a code and pin. Never used Grubhub before so no clue if this is how their gift cards are.

Thanks, you mean in that right sidebar there right? I have had a message there that says "get eligible rewards failed" for weeks now. There's definitely an issue the only question is if they care to fix it or not i guess.
