Thanks OP been wanting one of these. Good deal since they come with 2x 2.0ah batteries.
I have their blower and it came with 2x 4.0ah batteries, so looks like I'll have some extra batteries I can swap between them now.

I have not confirmed if they work but read somewhere these batteries should work Makita tools?

I'm on my 2nd electric caulking gun (had a Ryobi, returned it), and I just don't think they're well suited for the most common use I have for caulking, which is caulking tile or a countertop. For doing large jobs, like using construction adhesive for big things, they're perfect, but for small beads, neither the Ryobi nor my current Milwaukee offer the right level of control. Or maybe I'm using it wrong.

You also have to be careful with these because they can burst a tube of caulk pretty easily. My first attempt with the Milwaukee blew out the back of the tube and required extensive clean up. 😃

It's mostly junk but it's fun junk! I have the seesii version of this and it works great on caulk but had a lil misstep with some big boy adhesive. The seesii had some dribbling caulk issues after it would shoot caulk-it retracts but not quickly enough. This all sounds like dirty sex talk innuendo and I didn't mean to put it like that but that's how it is, and I ain't changing it.

A lot of them used to work on makita stuff and I'm sure several of them still do. They fit on the tools but just don't register as a battery. Makita batteries work on the bobo Chinese tools fwiw. All the bobo Chinese tools seeming all come with two batteries and now I have a hundred fake makita batteries for all these weird alternate reality makita tools. I blame the handheld chainsaws. They're too fun/dangerous/useful.

I have one, it works great when you have dried up caulk in the nozzle and you need to push it out. Also can push polyurethane out the tube where a cheap hand caulking gun won't do.

Why does this exist?
I'm not in construction, I just caulk stuff around the house when needed and got a nice manual one for ~$15. Seems like a solution in need of a problem for most people.

As another reviewer noted, these types of models are very helpful for construction adhesive, where you might be going through 10-20 tubes per day. Otherwise they aren't as helpful for small jobs, and also hard to fine tune for basic detail oriented caulking (tiles, floorboards etc).

Wish it came with a shoulder holster and a pouch for the extra battery, Peace of mind is knowing your caulk gun is nearby, loaded, and charged.
