Original price seems inflated, on Amazon same available for $30, so $14 is still a good price if you like this model/type.

It does but, the original price is from the manufacturer, and on Amazon it says "Over the past 30 days, the price of Kichler 43642BK Chandelier has ranged from $27.51 to $186.78. The current price is $30.26, which is $204.71 below the List Price."

Yeah, the specs on Build.com confirm it is dry rated only, so definitely not suitable for above a tub. It's also listed as non-dimmable, which is worth keeping in mind depending on where you want to hang it. Still, for fourteen bucks shipped, it is a really cheap way to update a dry hallway or entry light.
