I got this recently. It is great to add a tiny bit to a big bowl of chili. Crazy heat, tiny bottle will last me 6 months or so, using 2 drops at a time. Had a hard time starting the bottle, had to shake furiously, almost threw too much on my meal. Best to use a toothpick to stir it at the top upon first use.

this stuff has a horrible flavor- every other tabasco sauce has that blended, aged flavor but this thing is spat out without that mellowing and blending, and its an icky hot flavor as a result. if you want an extremely hot sauce that still tastes like tabasco, use their habanero...if you're looking for something tastier, go with melinda's ghost pepper sauce- it's fantastic.

Got this in a variety 5 pack (original, green, chipotle, habenero and scorpion). Definitely my least favorite. Heat and nothing more. Go with the habenero bottle. That's quite good.

If you don't like super hot sauce you won't like this, but for those who do it tastes fine. I grow scorpion peppers and it tastes like scorpion peppers. For me, the only problem is the heat overpowers whatever I'm eating if I use too much. If I'm trying to boost the heat level without changing the flavor of the dish this does the trick, but I usually reach for hot sauces I can drench my food with. It's definitely worth $2 IMO.

This stuff kicks ass, and literally, will kick your ass. 4 or 5 drops on a chip and my eye brows are sweating

Agreed. I have a high heat tolerence, and at a certain point brands try to focus on JUST heat and it tastes awful. I found the Scorpion one to still have a good flavor but a high intense heat. It didn't taste like "terrible taste.. but it's spicy" at all to me. I prefer this to the others that some like, like the Habanero.

This one is definitely an intense heat though - it's definitely closer to stuff like Buldak 2x/3x than to the "ghost pepper" chips and soups you find in grocery stores. A little bit will go a long way, and if you like heat and can handle it, you'll probably really enjoy this one.

Yes, it is borderline painful. I prefer Original, Chipotle, and Family Reserve, myself.

Yes, unfortunately, the top of the bottle gets gummed up on all the Tabasco sauces and need to be reamed out with a toothpick.

I have a strong heat tolerance but this one kicked my butt. This is something you'd swap to play a joke on someone.
