Since dogs are considered "property" in most states [AFAIK], that would mean all the laws regarding vehicular transport would apply? It doesn't matter to me: I'm behind the Granola Curtain in the People's Republik of Commiefornia, so the Constitution doesn't apply, and hasn't since shortly after Y2K. [sigh] Simply must escape from the gulag soon, but the weather is just so nice!
