Their stick drift is soooo bad! I use the Gamesir brand of controllers. They use hall effect and TMR sticks and triggers. Very durable! My 3 kids use them daily and they ate still going strong after 3 years and no stick drift.
The cost to correct their poor design was more than just "compensating" their customers. So they just continued the poor practice since 3rd Party companies could make a product better than Microsoft.
I love things like this, but found it really cheap looking.
