Hi-Polymer white erasers are made from latex-free polymer composition that does not crack, harden, or crumble with age, comparing to pink erasers made from coarse rubber mixed with abrasive elements. They can lift graphite lead completely off paper surfaces with little pressure and without scratching or tearing the page.
Hi-Polymer white erasers can also be used to clean the stains or pen marks from light-colored leather handbags. (It worked well for me cleaning a white vintage Coach bag.)
