About this item:
  • Instead of buying separate physical therapy tools and guessing how they fit together, this all-in-one elbow recovery kit combines 4 flexible twist bars, an adjustable elbow brace, a reusable hot/cold gel pack, a training guide, and a storage case for at-home elbow comfort, daily support, and progressive forearm, wrist, and grip training.
  • Includes 6, 10, 15, and 25 lb flex therapy bars so you can start light and progress at your own pace. Designed for controlled twisting, wrist extension, grip strength, and forearm exercises often used in tennis elbow and golfer's elbow exercise routines.
  • Use the reusable gel pack hot or cold before or after activity, and wear the counterforce-style elbow brace with built-in pressure pad and long adjustable strap for light support during work, daily tasks, activity, or recovery routines.
  • The included training guide helps you get started with simple physical therapy-style exercises for elbow, wrist, hand, and forearm routines, making it easier for beginners to build a consistent at-home training habit without searching for separate instructions.

Worth trying for me. I have two knockoff Thera bands that are starting to split and fall apart. They're great for both golfers and tennis elbow. Check out the Tyler Twist

After a few years of elbow tendonitis I learned to go light weight high rep on the hammer/twist curls and have been good since. Otherwise it seems to take 6 months to go away regardless of how I try to rehab.

If you have elbow pain, try ISO holds. Keith Baar is a researcher and has podcasts on protocol. I've been doing more ISO holds and it's helped. Rubbing, adding pressure while using, and stretching the crap out of a inflamed or torn tendon/ligament is not a good idea. Same way RICE is outdated. Good luck.
