These are okay. Definitely not as non-stick as traditional metal pans.

I did not like these. I've had T-Fal that I loved and thought these would be great, my eggs stuck. The extra work I put into getting a whole egg is the same for a stainless steel pan. I actually wanted to return used pans, but my mom gave 1 away.
