I'm not sure what quantities they have, but this is the cheapest I've seen lately. It only appears to apply to the "ultramarine" color. Note that it's not refurbished by Apple, but it is significantly less expensive than their official refurbs (they don't currently have this one available, but as a reference point, they sell the 16 Pro for $1,019 as a refurb).
