I have the Elac Debut Reference DBR62's in my office, and they are noticably flatter than the BR08's up close. Great for music when working. I think the mid's just hollow out a bit with the BR08's and assume similar will happen with the BR03' seeing Amir's findings and the driver's being identical with the same tweeter waveguide.
That's my 2 cents.

Great speakers for rock music, and not fatiguing at all. I've never used them for movies...not sure if that is in their wheelhouse or not.
Supposedly these BR03 are very similar but not tuned quite as good as the BR04. This is a great deal for that application, but for nearfield, supposedly the BR02 is the better choice if you want to go Triangle.
