Wirefy 12 gauge, 2 conductor landscape wire is being praised as a solid copper option for long low voltage runs, especially 12 volt lighting where reduced voltage drop matters. The 250 foot roll is described as a strong value at about $30, with the full length arriving as advertised and enough heft to match the gauge. It is also flexible, easy to strip, and rated for outdoor use and direct burial. The main caution is that the middle seam can tear the sheathing if pulled apart carelessly, and one comment says the linked listing was for 100 feet instead of 250 feet.

My one complaint is that it isn't easy to pull apart from the middle seam. You have to be careful or it will tear the sheathing around the wire. Just don't think you can just grab and pull it apart.
