Best deal for for portable battery under $300 for PGE rebate.

I live in a high fire district and PGE is offering a $300 rebate for a battery. Criteria is it has to be between 290Wh to 1000Wh exceptions is on PGE list I linked below. Would like to get solar panels with it but if not that is fine. Can't be refurbished also. I don't mine paying under $100 to get it with solar panels.
