someone said just get volleyball in the pairs this might make sense just need consistent padding that takes the edge off the floor so you don't end up with destroyed old man skin on your knees which ends up being bad for circulation and joint health.
Side note people don't realize that the health of your skin ends up governing critical circulation impact and then joint health
