Now taking that into account. Yeah, if you can get it from Costco, its far superior to the Amazon and Best Buy options. Looking at the Amazon listing, it's a non-returnable item. Right there, for me, is a no go (although others might be willing to take the chance). Best Buy, at least, allows you to return it but it's only a 15 day return policy.
And as you've pointed out. Costco's version comes with all the extras which, just with a quick amazon search, comes out to about $250 if you were to buy them all separately. Not bad.
