Bought these a year ago, curious about comfort and longevity. Comfort was great, but the quality I was expecting was a disappointment. I like wearing boxer briefs and have tried many different brands. These 'wore out' in the crotch really fast. I thought bamboo would last longer. Not impressed, wouldn't buy them again.

these are great. they are basically an alternative to modal. for 3 bucks it's awesome.

These boxer briefs are a soft, lightweight bamboo viscose option that feels close to modal and works well for workouts, travel, and humid weather. The fabric gets praise for breathability and comfort, and the fit is often described as true to size. The main knocks are durability and construction, with reports of crotch wear, thin material, rough or tight waistbands, and legs that ride up. A dependable low-cost pick if you want comfort first and can live with lighter wear.

  • The bamboo viscose fabric can feel like an alternative to modal for everyday comfort.

  • The boxer briefs can feel soft and breathable while staying lightweight for daily wear.

    gryhndSCme

  • The briefs can work well for running, walking, and workouts in humid weather conditions.

    larnatdad

  • The waistband and fit can be true to size for some waist measurements, including a 36-inch waist.

    gryhnd

  • The boxer briefs can wear out in the crotch quickly, which reduces confidence in long-term durability.

    Oregreen2Kchudasama22

  • The leg elastic can be weak and the overall length can be short, which may cause riding up.

    SCme

  • The waistband can feel rough and too tight, which may require sizing up or returning the pair.

    dealwizard

  • The bamboo origin claim may be mostly marketing, since the processed fabric is described as regular rayon.

I've bought these before and was generally happy with them. In for another pack at this price. When washing them, I'd suggest using the delicate cycle and not mixing with any zippered clothing.

Keep in mind that bamboo fabrics is just a marketing gimmick. After processing, it's just plain rayon so there's nothing special about the source being bamboo. Well, one can make the argument that bamboo is ecologically sound so that's one thing in its favor. But don't buy the hype that it has special properties that regular rayon doesn't.

I was able to get the 3-pk black (large) for $9.28. On the product page it shows $18.56 and says "save $9.28 at checkout."

Discount shows up in your cart.

A mesh laundry bag could help protect them too.

Purchased these last week, put them on yesterday, here's my opinion after a good day of wear. They are soft and light, don't really notice them at all based on the material used. Fit, I'm in that 42" waist area and the XL seem to fit about true to size.

Now some negatives for me: I'm a 34-36" inseam and the overall length is short for my taste plus the elastic on the legs is weak in strength so they ride up very easily, causing the crotch area to become tight/constricted and I'm always doing the on quick pull down.

Bought these almost exactly a year ago for about the same price, have been wanting another set. The 32 degrees briefs have long been my go to, but recently find myself liking these more. No longevity issues for me, dig how lightweight and small they pack for traveling too.
