C4 Performance aka "yellow can" C4, the original. Marketed as pre-workout. Many flavors but all have a yellow can (with flavor color highlights) I don't beleive it has changed much. Has the "tingly" ingredient for muscle stamina (Carnosyn beta alanine), and BetaPower trimethylglycine and L-citrulline which also supposedly support muscle stamina/recovery. Also has N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine for focus. Comes in 12 ounce or 16 ounce cans, with 150mg and 200mg caffeine, respectively.
C4 Smart Energy - marketed for mental focus, contains Cognizin® Citicoline and N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine. Only comes in 12 ounce cans. 200mg "green tea" caffeine.
C4 Ultimate Energy - has been reformulated seveal times.

Only comes in 16 ounce cans, and has always had 300mg caffeine. Contained Cognizin at one point (cans from this era said "Superbrain"). TBH there are so many different images of can labels with different ingredients, I don't know when the formula changed and how exactly. And I believe they no longer have Carnosyn or BetaPower, and that Amazon's photos of the cans' ingredients labels are outdated.
I think they all have vitamin B12 and B3 (niacin as niacinamide)
