Warning: They can and will cancel empty flights at last minute. My wife purchased a flight yesterday for a flight leaving this morning and they canceled it without warning. She signed up for Go Wild right after the Fall/Winter pass was available. She was flying home after her father passed away. At booking, half of the plane was empty. She had to beg customer service to fly her to another airport 3 hours away from her initial destination. And then, she needed to take an Uber home at her own expense. This is a basically a subscription program that they use to fill up underperforming flights without any guarantee that you will have one at time of departure.

Dont do this! thank me later. this is a scam! there will be exceptionary people that say it works for them, but it's 0.5% of the people. it is very restrictive and no flights ever available. I speak from experience. Wasted my money.

Biggest drawback to me is that you can't book roundtrip flights. You have to search for a return flight the day before you head home and hope there's one available.

DO NOT BUY THIS! There are never any available flights to use this with. I bought it a couple years ago and had to dispute with my credit card for a refund.

So I purchased a GoWild Pass middle of July, but the flights I wanted (LGA to Florida) must've been so high in demand that GoWild was and continues to never be available for the "day before/of $0+taxes+fees" pricing.
GoWild also gives you discount pricing on flights like the DiscountDen, but without landing a GoWild flight at least once, you're wasting your money.

HOWEVER, flights that aren't in high demand will most likely be available for GoWild pickup and about 4 flights should more than pay for the pass.


Unfortunately for me, never got to use it once. To get a refund, you have to request it 14 days within purchasing date. I asked at the 15th day so I just successfully charged it back after a back and forth with the customer service supervisor.

Wrong. The real GoWild Pass pricing is only for day before and day of flights. You're looking at the price beyond those 2 days.

It's about $13-16 normally.

I would use this really for NYC—>Orlando and there doesn't ever appear to be any gowild options for that route.

have flown 9 flight sites this so i got my moneys worth combined with credit card but entry to book the flight for $19 early if offered vs like $200 one way so the savings make up for it

but make sure they fly direct on your routes

All the people saying that this is a scam clearly have no clue what they were getting themselves into and simply did not read. Frontier has been offering this deal for at least 5+ years from what i'm aware of. I've had this pass for the last 3years. I use it regularly to fly home from Tampa, FL to Islip, NY (which they have 3-4 recurring flights weekly) and its super cheap and convenient. This pass is a flexible way that allows them to offer up and fill any remaining last minute seats on a particular flight. It works best for people who are mobile and travel light, with no children/pet obligations.

-You're only allowed a personal bag (unless you upgrade), which I can fit at least 4outfits into along with my laptop and toiletries.
-You do not get to pick your seat unless you're a higher point tier (or pay for it).
-There is about a $15 tax/fee per leg. So if you're taking a flight that required a connection, it'll be about $30 fee.
-Yes, there are black out dates, but its typically during the holidays, and a few weeks during the peak summer months like June/July.
-You have to book flights 24hrs in advance for domestic, or 10days in advance for international.
