Yes, yes and yes. I'm the first SD'er to roll my eyes when people say they didn't get their promos as I've always gotten them without issue, but didn't here (day 34 after shipping) and had to prove it with a screenshot. The agent was friendly enough but called it a one-time courtesy credit. Very poor choice of words. I let them have it for my useless pound of flesh.

CS was way too generous with me. I didn't need to prove anything but I explained the promo they had ($15 credit with $50 spending). I was kinda worried they'd say that I didn't spend the minimum $50 to quality but they ended up offering me a replacement or a refund without having to return the original item in the end.

I think I'm done with these promos applied "30 days after shipment". It took me three contacts with Customer Service, the first two swearing they applied the promo, the last one actually doing it. I remember going through the same thing when they match the Chewy gift card promos. At least the Chewy you see in your account right away when they ship. I think Amazon counts on people forgetting about it.
