Beats me. I still have a gallon that I still haven't opened.
It used to be, Kikkoman soy sauce would have be great deal every year or two, and I would buy a gallon at a time. My family could really guzzle the stuff.
This W sauce... not so much. I use a small amount in marinades or making jerky. Can't think of any other use.
This is like taking Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce and watering it down 500%. Im normally able to find ways of utilizing the sauces I don't prefer, but this went straight into the garbage.

It works in most things beefy. I use it in chili, beef stew, pot roast, meatloaf, burgers...
Also can be a solid addition to tomato flavor...they are both umami bombs.
You'll find it in some Mexican recipes and also some mixed drinks (Bloody Mary or Bloody Maria).
The best way to kill a gallon is jerky. I've seen recipes use as much as 1/3 cup per batch. Even then, it's a lot of jerky to make.
I'd never buy a gallon, though. The first reason is it would take forever to consume it. The second relates to this French's brand - it sucks compared to Lea & Perrins.
