Check CyberPowerPC reviews. I would not purchase another CyberPowerPC again. I purchased directly from from CyberPower. The build quality was not great missing extra fans ordered and poor wiring. It eventually died at 1 year exactly. Customer service was horrible and offered no help.

running a 4gb 6500xt on pcie 3.0 is going to be terrible.
do not buy this system.

Impact on Gaming Performance:
VRAM Overflow Stuttering: The RX 6500 XT only has 4GB of VRAM. Modern games easily exceed 4GB even at 1080p Low/Medium settings. When VRAM fills up, the card must asset-swap data across that heavily choked PCIe 3.0 x4 bus, causing severe frame drops and freezing.

Framerate Loss: In games that stay strictly under the 4GB limit (like esports titles), performance drops by roughly 5% to 10%. However, in modern AAA games that demand more memory, your average framerates will plummet by 25% to 40% compared to running the same card on a PCIe Gen 4 system
