Thai curry is not hard to make but this would be easy to use if it tastes good.

I would assume Thai Curry for American taste buds, like those in the Midwest who add raisins to mayonnaise salads to cut down on the spiciness.

Not a bad deal, but ... honestly, as someone who cooks with curry, lemongrass, Korean spices, jerk, and more, you can skip this canned stuff. With just a small bit of fat like oil, butter, or even beef or chicken grease, you can use Walmart curry powder and add three or more teaspoons. You will get a rich golden mustard color that pairs excellently with cream, condensed milk, or coconut milk. Serve it with chicken and instant or jasmine rice. Countless Americans explore their palates from a place of cultural conformity and their own walled gardens. I make an outstanding shrimp coconut curry over jasmine rice that will blow your mind. Making it yourself this way is still a pretty good deal at about $1.50 each for the base, which is a terrific value. Indian curry and Thai curry are a bit different, but both are EXCELLENT. To make a good Thai curry at home, use all these Walmart spices. Curry powder, chili pepper flakes, garlic powder, powdered ginger, splash of soy sauce, and dried minced onion.

I tried this and did not like it. I've also tried their new butter chicken sauce in a can, that one is decent; not amazing, but good enough that I'd buy it again.
